05/05/2024

In sympathy with AFICS Burkina Faso (AAFNU-BF), we share with you this sad news of the passing away of Mr. Stanislas Spero Adotévi, the first president of their Association of Former International Civil Servants (2003-2008) in the country, who died on February 7, 2024 in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. Mr. S.S. Adotévi was an eminent personality who had a multitude of strings to his bow relating to his career within the United Nations System, specifically at the United Nations Children’s Fund. Attached is the tribute to Mr. Adotévi made by Mr. Sidiki Bonzi, President of AAFNU-BF. We send our condolences to his family. May he rest in peace.
